We loved working with the DeLauras – we can’t even begin to imagine our wedding day without them. The DeLauras were actually the first vendor we booked because we loved their work so much! We loved that they posed couples so naturally you could tell they captured their true personalities. They also always managed to make their couples look as dreamy and magical as the backdrop of Big Sur and they honestly just seemed like a ton of fun (which they totally were!). As my mom said at the end of the night, “I feel like the DeLauras were guests at the wedding, not photographers!” They blended right into our small wedding of 12 and captured everyone beautifully. Kendal even jumped in the week of the wedding to help me with a timeline, and they offered to stay late to capture sunset pictures. I truly cannot recommend the DeLauras enough – they are total rockstars at what they do and so lovely and fun to be around. Their photos captured Andrew and my personalities perfectly – his strength, my silliness, and our quiet steady love for each other.

ARE YOU SERIOUS WITH THESE PHOTOS!! Willie and I are absolutely speechless!! How you managed to get THAT many good looking photos of Willie and me is CRAZY!! Like they are literally ALL PERFECT! I cannot even begin to tell you how many times I've watched the slideshow (I cry every time) and how many hours upon hours I've spent flipping through the photos. I honestly don't think I'll ever get over it! And now I have to figure out how the heck I'm going to fit 2000 framed photos in our house because it's literally impossible for me to pick only a handful!! Like I can't even pick between the color & black and white version of the same picture because I love them both!! I don't know how you did it! I've never considered myself to be photogenic and now you got me dealing with a massively inflated ego because MAN, I LOOK SO GOOD! Just insane. So so so so happy!!  THE DELAURAS ARE THE BEST!!!

 We chose The DeLauras because their style of photography is exactly what we wanted for our wedding: high quality, fashion forward editorial with some moodiness. Since we eloped and dropped a lot of the details we originally had for the big wedding(s), having really great photography was an absolute must and The DeLauras delivered more than we ever dreamed of . We even changed the day of our elopement so that they could shoot it!

There aren't enough words to tell you how thankful we are for you two! The photos are BEYOND amazing. This is the best gift we could have received - Seriously a gift of a lifetime. We are absolutely IN LOVE with the photos. They turned out even better than we could have possibly dreamed of and now I'm never going to be able to decide which ones to hang on the wall because they're all just THAT good! I guess I'll just have to print all 900 of them! You two perfectly captured the vision we had for our fun, romantic, dreamy, adventurous elopement and made everything so fun, natural and easy - Even when we were pulling seaweed out of my dress and the many times I about lost my veil to the wind. THANK YOU for going above and beyond for us and giving us the gift of 900 beautiful and magical photos!!  The DeLauras really captured our joy & laughter and brought out our adventurous spirits! It was fun that they got shots of us running (we are both runners) and had us cross a fallen log over a river! We love how they capture the beauty of Big Sur and touching moments both, as well as their adventurousness. We were very fortunate that they were available when we decided to move forward with eloping in Big Sur.

Everything about the picnic was gorgeous and delicious! Getting to look out over the cliffs onto the ocean was the perfect way for us to wrap up the day and it was beautiful beyond what we were expecting. Working with The DeLauras was a total dream and gave us a day that we couldn’t have pictured for ourselves.

Where to even start!?!? We couldn't even get past the cover photo of the highlight reel without starting to tear up!! Every photo is so incredible! THANK YOU for going above and beyond - shooting us on multiple days, meeting us over facetime, providing us above photo count, CELEBRATING OUR WEDDING DAY WITH US, and the list goes on and on! During the highlight reel, we stopped and paused every two seconds saying "we'll frame this one..." ... "no, that one..." ... "and this one." There's too many to count at this point! We don't even know how to write an email that does this justice. We are so incredibly grateful that your talent and art have made such an impact on our lives forever. These are beautiful photos of a moment in time that we are beyond happy to have and cherish forever.
